Ae Watan Mere Watan is an upcoming historical biographical drama OTT movie. The movie is Directed by Kannan Iyer and produced by Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta and Somen Mishra under the banner of Dharmatic Entertainment. Starring Sara Ali Khan, Emraan Hashmi and Sparsh Srivastava in lead roles along with Sachin Khedekar, Anand Tiwari and Abhay Verma. On March 21, the movie will be available on Prime Video. The movie will be released dubbed versions in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada.

The film depicts India’s struggle for freedom. The teaser depicts 1942, when India was under British rule.
The teaser also features footage of Mahatma Gandhi and other stalwarts who led the country’s cause. The film’s script and set design attempt to mimic the feel of that time period. The cast’s performance is good; however, Sara Ali Khan may need to put in more effort to be convincing as a member of that historical era.
