1.Who is Kili Paul?-
Kili Paul is a Social Media Influencer, who is from the country Tanzania. In 2021, he became popular when he posted videos of Bollywood songs on Instagram through lip-syncing with his sister Neema Paul. She is also known as the content Creator.

2. About him –
Kili Paul was born on 9 October 1995 in the village, Mindu Tulien, Tanzania, where he lives with his parents. He is from the Maasai tribes. There is not much information about his parents. In an interview, he told that there is no facility available where he lives. To Charge his phone, he had to walk to 10 kilometres to another village. Kili Paul studied till class 4th in his village, later he attended the secondry school in Dodoma, where he has studied only till 7th. After that he left school due to family circumstances. When he was little his family & friends called him by the name Yusuf. After that his father decided to change his name Kili, which takes from Africa’s tallest peak, Kilimanjaro.

3. Hobbies –
When, Kili was a child, he loved to enjoy watching Hindi films as well as listening Bollywood songs and expresses his feeling through posting videos on social media. In an interview, he said that he learned the pronunciation of Hindi song from Google. He revealed that his family thought he was stupid because of practising Hindi songs for hours. The people of his village do not about the popularity of him because the lack of Internet. He said-
“When I like a song, I go to YouTube, learn the lyrics, and then go to Google to see how they pronounce each word because I don’t want to miss any. Then I try to find the song’s English translation. I add my own expressions to love songs because love is love everywhere. So, yeah, I check the meaning of each part before recording.”

4. Incident –
In 2022, a group of people had attacked Kili Paul. He posted a story on Instagram as well as shared on his YouTube channel. He wrote,
“People want me down but God will always take me up. Pray for me. I was attacked by 5 people in the movement of defending myself. My right-hand toe was injured by a knife and I got 5 stitches. I was beaten by sticks and clubs, but thank God, I defended myself after beating two people. They ran away but I was already injured. Pray for me…this is scary.”

5. Honour –
In 2022, Kili Paul, who has a huge fan following in India and known as lip-sync for bollywood songs & dancing. He has been honoured by Binaya Pradhan the Indian Commission in Tanzania.

6. Prime Minister’s view –
In February 2022, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi also talked about Kili & his sister Neema in the programme “Mann Ki Baat”-
“Talking about Indian culture and my heritage, today I want to introduce you to two people in ‘Mann Ki Baat’. These days, two Tanzanian siblings, Kili Paul and her sister Nima, are in the news on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, and I’m sure you, too, must have heard about them. He has a passion, a passion for Indian music and that is why he is also very popular. His way of lip sync shows how hard he works for it.”

7. Events
In September 2022, Kili invited by the Meta Creator Day along with other creators, where he was dancing with Bollywood actor. Ranveer Singh.
In october 2022, Kili also entered the Bigg Boss 16 as a guest where he danced with the contestants on the song “Tu Cheez Badi Hai Mast”. He made reels with Abdu Rozik & MC Stan.
On 8 october 2022, he also invited in “Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa-10” and danced with Madhuri Dixit on the song”Channe Ke Khet Mein and also performed with Nora Fatehi.

8. About followers –
Now, Kili Paul has 4.7 million followers on Instagram along with Bollywood celebrities like Ayushmann Khurrana, Richa Chadha and Gul Panag and other artists from all over the world. He also promotes various products & brands on Social Media like soft drink – Pepsi and hair products
