As the whole Nation can be seen drenched in the colors of Tiranga after PM Narinder Modi announced the campaign of “Har Ghar tiranga” people have responded it in a magnificent way. Tirangas can be seen on buses, autos, personal vehicles, and on the roofs of houses across the country.
As per the legacy going on, PM Modi hoisted the flag at Red Fort for the ninth consecutive time. Carrying on the tradition of wearing colorful turbans, he was seen wearing a white turban with the National Flag motif as he hoisted the flag at 7:30 am.
During his speech for Independence Day, he raised the slogan “Jai jawan, Jai Kisan” and further stated that the next 25 years are going to be crucial for India and as the world is seeing it as a change.” Also, he remembered Jawaharlal Nehru, Mahatma Gandhi, and other freedom fighters and urged the youth of India to take an oath to make India a developed country.
He said for India to achieve the goals envisioned by its freedom fighters in the next 25 years, women have to play a critical role. If we uplift women and empower them, we can achieve the goals in a shorter duration and with less effort, he added. Respect for Women is an important pillar of India’s growth. We need to support our “Nari Shakti”.
