Recently , Salman Khan wrapped up shooting for his Telugu cinema debut film ‘Godfather’ featuring Chiranjeevi Satyadev Kancharana and Nayanthara . Interestingly, Salman did his cameo in the said film and he charged nothing for the movie as he denied the offer of 20 crores because Salman shares close friendship with megastar Chiranjeevi. Today during the conference at IIFA Awards 2022 , Salman Bhai shared his feelings on working with close friend Chiranjeevi . He said ,”It has been a wonderful experience working with him. I have known Chiru Garu for the longest time. He has also been a friend. His son (Ram Charan) is also a friend. He has done such a fantastic job in RRR. I just wished him on his birthday, and on the success of his film. I am very proud of him. It feels so good that he is doing so well. But I wonder why our films are not doing so well in the south. Their films are doing so well here.” ‘Godfather’ is Mohan Raja’s directorial. The movie is political action film which is a remake of Tamil film , Lucifier. Director Mohan Raja posted a heartwhelming post on twitter for thanking Salman Khan for making the shoot memorable and comfortable. On the professional front , Salman Khan and Pooja Hegde starrer ‘Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali’ will hit the big screens December 30 , 2022. Earlier the movie was supposed to release theatrical on Eid 2023. And the much awaited movie of Salman ‘Tiger 3’ has already created a buzz among the audience . It will hit the theatres on April 21, 2023.Katrina Kaif and Emraan Hashmi will also seen nailing their roles.
