Stree 2 is an upcoming Hindi-language comedy horror movie. The movie is directed by Amar Kaushik and produced by Dinesh Vijan and Jyoti Deshpande under the banner of Maddock Films and Jio Studios. Starring Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao in the lead role alongside Pankaj Tripathi, Abhishek Banerjee and Aparshakti Khurana. The movie will hit in theaters on 15 August 2024.
Stree 2 Synopsis:
It is a sequel to Stree (2018) and fifth installment in the Maddock Supernatural Universe. Following the events of Stree, Chanderi is once more hunted. This time, a scary headless thing kidnaps woman inexplicably. Vicky and his friends once again preserve their village and near ones.
Stree 2 Star Cast:
Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor starred in the lead roles in Stree, one of the greatest film office hits of 2018. With Shraddha’s character grasping the evil spirit’s ponytail and fusing it with her own, the movie ended on a cliffhanger. This wicked ghost abducted persons at night during the holiday season, causing chaos in the small village of Chanderi. Tamannaah Bhatia is also featured in the trailer.

Sachin-Jigar composed the movie’s music, while Amitabh Bhattacharya wrote the lyrics and Justin Varghese did the background score. Under the auspices of Maddock Films and Jio Studios, the movie is produced by Dinesh Vijan and Jyoti Deshpande & directed by Amar Kaushik. The movie’s features cinematography by Jishnu Bhattacharjee and Niren Bhatt wrote the screenplay.
Overview:
The trailer‘s best feature is its ideal balance of humor and chill. There are humorous one-liners that will have you in stitches in addition to images of “Sarkata’s” deadly skull. In a scene from the teaser, Rudra Bhaiya, played by Tripathi, claims that Sarkata is an influencer who is in Chanderi merely to gain more followers.
