On Tuesday, Sanjay Singh, an MP for the Aam Aadmi Party, said that Tihar hail was the source of a message conveyed by Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, who served the nation and its citizens “like a son and a brother.” Sanjay Singh declared during a news conference, “My name is Arvind Kejriwal and I am not a terrorist.”
The three-time elected chief minister of Delhi is compelled to meet Punjab chief minister Bhagwant Mann via a glass, he continued.
Singh said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has animosity for Kejriwal. Moreover, Sanjay Singh asserted that Kejriwal is compelled to interact with his spouse and family via a glass. Since the ED detained Arvind Kejriwal on March 21 in relation to the Delhi excise policy case, he has been housed in Tihar prison.
A day earlier, in the Delhi excise policy case, the Supreme Court refused Kejriwal any relief. This is when Sanjay Singh made his statements. Kejriwal was arguing against his detention and remand by the ED before the highest court. In addition to setting a new hearing date for the case on April 29, the Supreme Court granted ED until April 24 to submit a response to Arvind Kejriwal’s appeal.
When representing Arvind Kejriwal before the highest court, senior attorney Abhishek Manu Singhvi stated that the Delhi chief minister’s “arrest and remand were based on an unreliable document suppressed from us.” “I’m looking for a quick date in this instance. Singhvi informed the court that there had been selective leaks in the case.
“PM Modi had a thorough interview yesterday. What’s more startling, though, is that the prime minister is publicly endorsing the largest con since independence…Electoral bonds were declared unlawful and unconstitutional by the Supreme Court. In addition, he insulted the Supreme Court; he ought to apologize to both the court and the nation’s citizens,” Sanjay Singh continued.
